Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 9, 2026

IntuiLogic LLC ("the Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA") of the Republic of Korea and related laws, in order to protect the personal information of users and to address any related concerns promptly and smoothly. The Korean version of this policy is the authoritative original; this English version is a reference translation.

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy governs the handling of personal information collected and used on intuilogic.ai ("the Site"), which is a static brochure site introducing the Company. The Site does not provide membership registration or login features, and collects personal information only through its contact form.

2. Items and Methods of Collection

The Company collects the following minimum information to receive and respond to inquiries.

a. Information provided directly by the user

b. Information automatically generated and collected during use

c. Collection method

Information is collected when the user submits the contact form, and automatically obtained from HTTPS request headers.

3. Purpose of Collection and Use

The Company uses the collected personal information only for the following purposes. If the purpose changes, prior consent will be obtained.

4. Retention and Use Period

The Company retains and uses personal information for one (1) year from the date of collection. After this period, the information is destroyed without delay by an automated retention cron. Where a retention obligation is imposed by relevant laws, the information will be kept only for the period specified by such laws before being destroyed.

5. Provision to Third Parties

The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except where specifically required by law or when investigative authorities make a lawful request pursuant to legally prescribed procedures.

6. Delegation of Processing

The Company delegates parts of personal information processing to the following entities in order to provide the service reliably and securely.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information

For global edge delivery and security of the Site, the Company transfers certain personal information to an overseas processor as follows.

Users may refuse this cross-border transfer, in which case access to the Site may be restricted. Cloudflare's South Korea privacy policy addendum is available at cloudflare.com/ko-kr/application/privacypolicy/southkorea-addendum/.

8. Destruction Procedure and Method

The Company destroys personal information without delay once the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved.

9. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Users may exercise the following rights against the Company at any time.

Requests may be submitted by email to the Privacy Officer listed in Section 13, and the Company will respond within ten (10) days of receipt. Legal guardians of children under the age of 14 may exercise the same rights in the same manner. However, the Site does not target children under the age of 14 and does not collect their personal information.

10. Automatic Collection Devices (Cookies) and How to Refuse Them

The Company does not use cookies for user tracking, advertising, or analytics. However, the Cloudflare security layer fronting the Site may temporarily set its own security cookies (such as __cf_bm) for DDoS mitigation and bot protection, operated according to Cloudflare's policy. Users may refuse cookies through their browser settings, although some security features may not function correctly in that case.

11. Automated Decision-Making

The Company does not make automated decisions (including profiling) that affect the rights or obligations of users based on personal information collected through the Site.

The Company implements the following technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect users' personal information.

13. Privacy Officer and Contact

The Company designates the following Privacy Officer to oversee personal information processing and to handle user complaints and relief related to personal information. Requests for access and any other privacy-related inquiries are received through the same contact.

14. Remedies for Infringement of Rights

Users who need to report or consult on personal information infringements may contact the following organizations. These are independent from the Company and may assist users who are not satisfied with the Company's own handling of complaints, or who require further assistance.

15. Change History

This policy takes effect on April 9, 2026. If the policy is amended, the Company will announce the changes at least seven (7) days before they take effect (or thirty (30) days in advance if the changes materially affect users' rights) by posting a notice at the top of this page and updating the effective date.
