Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

IntuiLogic LLC ("the Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA") of the Republic of Korea and related laws, in order to protect the personal information of users and to address any related concerns promptly and smoothly. The Korean version of this policy is the authoritative original; this English version is a reference translation.

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy governs the handling of personal information collected and used on intuilogic.ai ("the Site"), which is a static brochure site introducing the Company. The Site does not provide membership registration or login features, and collects personal information only through its contact form.

2. Items and Methods of Collection

The Company collects the following minimum information to receive and respond to inquiries.

a. Information provided directly by the user

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Inquiry content

b. Information automatically generated and collected during use

  • Access IP address (based on Cloudflare's CF-Connecting-IP header)
  • User-Agent string
  • Time of consent

c. Collection method

Information is collected when the user submits the contact form, and automatically obtained from HTTPS request headers.

3. Purpose of Collection and Use

The Company uses the collected personal information only for the following purposes. If the purpose changes, prior consent will be obtained.

  • Receiving inquiries and sending replies
  • Delivering inquiry notification emails to the [email protected] mailbox for response handling
  • Preventing unauthorized access and abuse (via IP and User-Agent records)
  • Fulfilling legal obligations such as proving the record of consent

4. Retention and Use Period

The Company retains and uses personal information for one (1) year from the date of collection. After this period, the information is destroyed without delay by an automated retention cron. Where a retention obligation is imposed by relevant laws, the information will be kept only for the period specified by such laws before being destroyed.

5. Provision to Third Parties

The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except where specifically required by law or when investigative authorities make a lawful request pursuant to legally prescribed procedures.

6. Delegation of Processing

The Company delegates parts of personal information processing to the following entities in order to provide the service reliably and securely.

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DDoS mitigation, bot protection (processing HTTP request metadata in transit)
  • Google Cloud Platform (Seoul region) — Website hosting and contact form submission handling
  • Google Workspace / Gmail — Receiving inquiry notification emails and handling replies
  • Company-operated server (domestic private network, accessed via Tailscale) — Final storage of inquiry data and automated deletion after one year

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information

For global edge delivery and security of the Site, the Company transfers certain personal information to an overseas processor as follows.

  • Recipient: Cloudflare, Inc. (contact: privacy inquiry channel on its website)
  • Countries of transfer: United States and Cloudflare's global edge network
  • Items transferred: Access IP address, User-Agent, HTTP request headers
  • Time and method of transfer: Transmitted over HTTPS at the moment the user accesses the Site
  • Purpose and retention: Used for CDN, DDoS mitigation, and bot protection; retention follows Cloudflare's own privacy policy

Users may refuse this cross-border transfer, in which case access to the Site may be restricted. Cloudflare's South Korea privacy policy addendum is available at cloudflare.com/ko-kr/application/privacypolicy/southkorea-addendum/.

8. Destruction Procedure and Method

The Company destroys personal information without delay once the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved.

  • Procedure: After the one-year retention period, an automated deletion scheduler (retention cron) identifies and deletes the records. Inquiry notification email copies are also deleted from the [email protected] mailbox upon deletion request.
  • Method: Personal information stored in electronic files is permanently deleted in a manner that prevents recovery or reproduction.

9. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Users may exercise the following rights against the Company at any time.

  • Request to access personal information
  • Request to correct errors in personal information
  • Request to delete personal information
  • Request to suspend processing of personal information
  • Request to transfer personal information

Requests may be submitted by email to the Privacy Officer listed in Section 13, and the Company will respond within ten (10) days of receipt. Legal guardians of children under the age of 14 may exercise the same rights in the same manner. However, the Site does not target children under the age of 14 and does not collect their personal information.

10. Automatic Collection Devices (Cookies) and How to Refuse Them

The Company does not use cookies for user tracking, advertising, or analytics. However, the Cloudflare security layer fronting the Site may temporarily set its own security cookies (such as __cf_bm) for DDoS mitigation and bot protection, operated according to Cloudflare's policy. Users may refuse cookies through their browser settings, although some security features may not function correctly in that case.

11. Automated Decision-Making

The Company does not make automated decisions (including profiling) that affect the rights or obligations of users based on personal information collected through the Site.

12. Safeguards for Personal Information

The Company implements the following technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect users' personal information.

  • Encryption in transit: All communication between the Site and servers is encrypted end-to-end with HTTPS/TLS.
  • Private network isolation: Inquiry data is delivered to final storage only through a Tailscale-based private VPN.
  • Access control: Access to personal information systems is limited to the executive officer, and access logs are retained.
